I want a custom suit, but am not sure where to start, help?

If you want a custom designed suit, you don't have to know what design you want. We can send you a design questionnaire to get a feel for the type of styles you might like and we can then iterate on something with you until we get a design you love.

Can you rush my order?

Depending on how quickly an order is required, the team may be able to provide rush construction and shipping for a fee. Send an email to contact@rouserubber.com with the subject line “RUSH ORDER” before placing your order. Rush fees may apply.

Can I add to an existing order?

Please contact us at contact@rouserubber.com if your order hasn't shipped yet. In most cases, placing a new order will be required as standard wait times will still apply.

Our packages are shipped in a black padded envelope or box and have at most the 'RR' logo. The shipping label return address is listed as Rouse Fashion.

Do you offer pickup?

Yes, we are pleased to offer pick up to our customers in Tampa Bay, at events, or other ways. Please get in touch before placing an order if you want to do this. Note that regular turnaround times still apply.

Garment care and your health

What is a latex allergy?

Latex allergies are rare, affecting an estimated 1-5% of the general population. Like other allergies, the body may produce specific antibodies, known as IgE antibodies, which can trigger a hypersensitivity to certain allergens, such as proteins. Latex garments are made from Natural Rubber Latex (NRL), a material commonly found in consumer and healthcare products like condoms, rubber bands, balloons, surgical and examination gloves, and elastic in clothing. While NRL is essential in these items, it contains proteins that may cause allergic reactions. We use high-quality latex sheeting from leading manufacturers, such as Supatex and Radical Rubber, who denature these allergy-causing proteins during the production process. However, while the protein levels are significantly reduced, some proteins may remain. Therefore, it is ultimately the consumer’s responsibility to ensure they do not have a latex allergy before wearing our garments.

Why does my latex garment smell?

Latex is made from rubber, a natural resource that undergoes several chemical reactions that result in latex sheeting. Latex clothing can have a distinct smell associated with the rubber product as part of this manufacturing process. Most often as the result of remaining sulfur compounds during vulcanization. This odor should dissipate over time with proper airing and storage. If the smell is bothersome to you, consider hanging your garment in a dark, well ventilated area.

Make sure you are washing and storing your garment properly to minimize any odors you are observing.
